Lead a dynamic, high‑performing nursing team
Drive operational efficiency and clinical excellence
Influence care quality, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance

Direct, evaluate, and improve nursing services with the DON
Ensure compliance with DOH, CMS, and federal/state regulations
Provide hands‑on oversight and promote clinical accountability
Mentor, coach, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention
Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable culture
Maintain continuous survey readiness
Lead and support DOH and CMS surveys and audits
Implement plans of correction and drive compliance initiatives
Collaborate with physicians, rehab, social services, and dietary teams
Oversee individualized care plans for high‑acuity residents (ventilator, dialysis, sub‑acute rehab)
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and resource management
Track clinical metrics (falls, infections, readmissions, wound care)
Lead QAPI initiatives and implement corrective actions to improve outcomes
Active, unencumbered RN license in New York
3–5+ years of experience in Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care
Leadership experience (Unit Manager, ADON, or similar)
Knowledge of DOH/CMS regulations, MDS processes, and reimbursement models
Experience managing high‑acuity resident populations
EHR proficiency (Point Click Care or Sigma Care preferred)
