Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and condition.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Perform and analyze diagnostic tests.
- Assist with procedures as needed.
- Provide patient reports during shift changes.
- Communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families about care and treatments.
- Advocate for patients' needs and preferences.
- Ensure patients' rights and privacy are respected.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Current RN license.
- Clinical experience in acute or critical care settings.
- Strong assessment and monitoring skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in administering treatments and using medical equipment.
