Primarily days, with some late-night (evening) coverage as needed

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Electrophysiology (EP) team in Rochester, NY. In this role, you will support diagnostic electrophysiology procedures and cardiac interventions in a fast-paced clinical environment, working closely with physicians and allied health professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare patients for electrophysiology procedures, ensuring comfort, safety, and understanding

Ensure all EP lab equipment and instrumentation are functioning properly prior to procedures

Monitor cardiac read-outs and recordings during diagnostic and interventional procedures

Assist physicians during electrophysiology studies, pacing implementation, and placement of permanent cardiac devices

Support lab analysis and preliminary interpretation of electrophysiology data

Communicate any abnormalities or concerns promptly to the physician or specialist

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State

Clinical experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, critical care, or a related specialty preferred

Strong knowledge of cardiac rhythms, monitoring, and procedural support

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-acuity setting

Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills

Tripod Partners USA Job . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
