Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (weekends and holidays as needed)
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a key member of the patient care team, providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care, education, and support to fertility patients throughout their treatment journey. Serving as a treatment coordinator, the RN partners closely with providers to ensure coordinated care, clinical excellence, and an exceptional patient experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the care and treatment of fertility patients throughout all phases of their care.
- Implement provider-directed diagnostic and treatment plans in accordance with clinical protocols and best practices.
- Deliver nursing care using established RMA workflows, policies, and clinical guidelines.
- Review medical records, laboratory results, and treatment plans, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation in the EMR.
- Communicate test results, treatment updates, and patient instructions clearly and effectively.
- Provide comprehensive patient education, setting appropriate expectations and explaining testing, treatment options, and practice processes.
- Perform nursing interventions and assist with in-office procedures as needed to support patient safety and quality care.
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of all patient interactions and services.
- Foster a compassionate, supportive environment by addressing patient concerns, anticipating anxieties, and offering emotional and psychological support.
- Participate in the education, training, and mentoring of nursing staff, promoting collaboration and professional development.
- Contribute to a positive, cooperative work environment across departments.
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license –
required - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) –
highly preferred - BCLS and/or ACLS and/or IV certification –
preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience –
required - Prior experience in women’s healthcare –
preferred - Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed –
required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
