RN Supervisor

Work Fit Medical Staffing is looking for an experienced RN Supervisor who is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and leading a committed nursing team. In this role, you will oversee nursing activities, manage staff performance, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and develop nursing protocols to improve patient outcomes. Your expertise and leadership will help foster a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and promotes high standards of care.

• Full time/Part time
• Pay starting at $55-$60/hr
• Evenings (flexible hours)

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
• At least 3 years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of patient care standards and regulations
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and other healthcare professionals
• Demonstrated capability in staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluation
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
