This is a 13-week contract position.

4x10.0 rotating shift schedule, including floating, holidays, weekends, on-call/callback, and charge per unit needs.

Join our fast-paced pre/post interventional radiology department in a level 1 Trauma center, catering to inpatient and outpatient populations across the lifespan. Nurses will work within a multidisciplinary team and are responsible for the pre-procedural preparation of patients as well as post-procedural recovery and overnight observation care.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for nurses who thrive in the dynamic environment of Diagnostic Imaging, specializing in care for patients undergoing CT scans, MRIs, Nuclear Medicine scans, X-rays, and ultrasounds. • Provide pre-procedural preparation for patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
• Deliver post-procedural recovery and overnight observation care for IR patients.
• Ensure effective communication with multidisciplinary teams regarding patient care.

• 2 years of registered nursing experience in Interventional Radiology.
• Telemetry experience is a must.
• New York RN license is required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association are mandatory.
