Job Overview: ESO Consultant is seeking two experienced ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at Unity Hospital. This position requires strong critical care skills, adaptability, and the ability to float as needed within the hospital. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting.

• Deliver comprehensive critical care nursing to acutely ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor vital signs, ventilators, and advanced life-support equipment.
• Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond to rapid response and code blue situations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Epic charting system.
• Adhere to infection control and hospital policies.
• All travelers are required to float within the facility as needed.

• Licensure:
  Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York (Required).
• Certifications:
  
  BLS and ACLS (Required).
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical care protocols.
  • Proficiency in Epic charting system (Preferred).
• Additional Requirements:
  • Must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-focused.
  • Experience in floating within hospital units is a plus.
