Work Fit Medical Staffing is on the lookout for skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) for our Medical-Surgical units in Syracuse, NY. As a Med-Surg RN, you'll provide essential care to patients recovering from various medical conditions or surgeries. You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, implementing care plans, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care in a collaborative environment.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a medical-surgical nursing role is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
