SummaryAs a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a vital role in patient care and operational success, providing compassionate support daily.
Responsibilities- Promote and restore patients' health through nursing processes; collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams; perform treatments; support patients and families; supervise team members.
- Administer medications and communicate reports as per protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation in computerized medical records.
- Ensure clinical areas are stocked and prepared.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing or hold ASN/BSN in Nursing.
- Current LPN licensure in New York State.
- BLS - Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)
- LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse (New York State Education Department)
Medium work, exerting 20-50 pounds occasionally, 10-25 pounds frequently, with frequent walking, standing, or squatting. Accommodations considered for reported physical limitations.
Pay Range$26.00 - $32.00
