• Providing nursing care and monitoring the health status of residents
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team
• Documenting patient care and maintaining accurate health records
• Assisting residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, and mobility
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Adhering to infection control and safety measures to maintain a healthy environment

• Current NY State LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
