Ontario Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare (formerly Ontario County Health Facility) is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to work for our 98-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Canandaigua, NY. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor.

Base pay range
: $28.00/hr - $30.50/hr

  Medical and Dental

• Recording health details of residents, including vitals & temperature
• Administering medications and injections as needed
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when required
• Assisting residents with dressing and personal hygiene
• Monitoring residents’ food and liquid intake and output

• Must be able to work as a team member
• Valid NY State LPN license
• In good standing with the State Registry
