Job Description

• Perform a full range of nursing services.
• Provide direct patient care during appointments for pre and post-surgical care.
• Document complete nursing notes into the patient record.
• Prepare patient chart in advance with information appropriate for that particular visit under direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, Physician, or licensed Advanced Practice Provider (APP).

Salary Range: $25.79 - $33.20 an hour

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Job Requirements

• Education:
  
  Fulfilled the educational requirements to be an LPN in NYS.
• Experience:
  
  1 year of LPN experience preferred; medical surgical experience preferred.
• License/Certification
  
  Required:
  
  Current NYS LPN license and current BLS.
• Skills:
  
  Must be able to place IVs, be a team player, be able to multitask, and have basic computer literacy skills.
