Job Description
- Performs a full range of nursing services
- Provides direct patient care during appointments for pre and post-surgical care
- Documents complete nursing notes into the patient record
- Prepares patient chart in advance with information appropriate for that particular visit under direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, Physician, or licensed Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
$25.79 - $33.20 an hour
Job Requirements- Education:
Fulfilled educational requirements to be an LPN in NYS - Experience:
1 year of LPN experience preferred; medical surgical experience preferred - License/Certification
Required:
Current NYS LPN license and current BLS - Skills:
Must be able to place IVs, be a team player, be able to multitask, and have basic computer literacy skills
