• Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics

• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:2 (Days/Nights/Weekends)

• Respiratory failure, ARDS

• Cardiac arrest

• Sepsis

• DKA

• CIWA / overdose

• Acute kidney failure

• Multisystem organ failure

• CRRT

• IABP

• Impella

• ECMO

• Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years ICU experience

  • Prior MICU experience preferred

• Charting: Epic required

• Certifications:

  • BLS (AHA)

  • ACLS (AHA)

  • NIHSS (preferred)

• Teaching Hospital Experience: Preferred

• Travel Experience: Not required
