LPN Med Surg; Rochester

Position: $35/hr LPN Med Surg (Rochester)

• Med Surg LPN (Rochester)
• 12 hour shifts (days or nights)

Under the supervision of a registered nurse, the licensedvocational/practical nurse medical surgical assumes responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery ofpatient care. Consistently performs according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse License in statepracticing
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
