Registered Nurse – Acute Rehab (Travel Assignment)

Rochester, NY

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Acute Rehabilitation hospital team. This travel assignment offers the opportunity to provide specialized care to patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, and spinal cord injuries. First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

• Shift: Night, 3x12-hour (19:00 – 07:00)
• Start Date: January 12, 2026

  BLS
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year nursing experience
• Float Requirement: Yes – Med Surg
• Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend
• Ratios: Days 1:5;
  Nights 1:12
• Unit Accepts First-Time Travelers: Yes
• Block Scheduling: May be accommodated, not guaranteed
• Locals: Not accepted (must live outside 75-mile radius)
• Pending License: Not accepted
• RTO Restrictions: No more than 1 week of requested time off per contract

• CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident) care
• EPIC experience preferred

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute rehab setting
• Monitor patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Utilize specialized equipment safely and effectively
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC (preferred)
• Support patients and families through recovery and rehabilitation
