Level II Registered Nurse - Neuromusculoskeletal Med Surg Location

New York State

This is a 13-week contract position.

The Level II Registered Nurse will provide competent care through clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and research and evidence-based practice. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the nurse is accountable for care based on established standards and will assume an expanded role that may include responsibilities as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member.

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the neuromusculoskeletal med surg setting.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data for patient assessments.
• Participate in professional development and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Assume charge nurse duties as needed, facilitating team workflow and patient care continuity.

• Minimum two (2) years of Med Surg experience required.
• New York State Registered Nurse License.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Telemetry experience required.
