Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and inclusive leader, collaborative and supportive teammate, seasoned fundraiser, and community relationship builder to join our team as Director of Development & Resource Mobilization. This person will serve as the Accelerator’s lead fundraising strategist and relationship steward, responsible for meaningfully growing and sustaining a vibrant, values-aligned revenue program.

With special emphasis on building and scaling a major gift program and a corporate engagement strategy, the Director will work in close partnership with the Executive Director, Senior Director of Operations, program leaders, finance and communications staff, and the board of directors to shape and execute a long-term plan for revenue growth and organizational sustainability. This position will play a key role in advancing the organization’s growth and funding model strategy as we work toward becoming and sustaining a $5 million organization by 2030.

This role is ideal for a committed social change agent who brings both strategic thinking and relational depth to fundraising and who is motivated by developing systems, people, and practices that deepen trust, shift power, and invite greater participation in climate solutions.
