Warehouse Associate

Join the Atlantic Plywood Corporation team as a Manufacturing Associate.

Base pay: $19.00/hr – $22.99/hr actual pay will be based on skills, experience and role.

• Operate panel lamination equipment and perform related warehouse activities.
• Pick, count, and sort raw materials for manufacturing.
• Maintain quality control and clean automated press machinery.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and clean manufacturing equipment.
• Follow quality standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.

• Authorization to work in the US.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous sit‑down forklift experience.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs.
• Understanding of safety procedures and use of PPE.
• Organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised as well as in a team.
• Ready to start early and work late occasionally as needed.
• Pre‑employment physical, drug test and background check upon hire.

• Experience handling plastic laminate.
• Automated press machine operation experience.
• Quality control / inventory experience.
• Voice‑headset experience.

• Frequent holding and grasping with hands when loading and unloading equipment.
• Frequent use of feet.
• Frequent lifting of 50 lbs; occasional lifting up to 90 lbs.
• Frequent pushing and pulling of truck side‑curtain walls.
• Frequent use of winch & ratchet strap tie‑downs.
• Exposure to bright lights, extreme temperatures, loud noise, dust, gas, or fumes.
