Production Associate

We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team on first shift!

Monday - Friday: 7:00a - 3:30p Pay: $20-22/hour

• Fabricates orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.
• Operates machinery safely according to company policies.
• Performs first-piece inspection and in-process inspection.
• Cross trains and assists in other departments as required to meet production needs/deadlines.

• Ability to use measurement tools accurately.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting goals.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English.
• Mechanical/manufacturing background is a plus.
