Job Title:

CNC Programmer

We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team.

As a CNC Programmer you will program and operate CNC machinery, ensuring high quality parts production.

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills to produce customer‑specific parts
• Program and operate Zeiss brand CMM using Calypso
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as needed
• Perform inspections on all products to guarantee quality before they reach the Quality department
• Work with CAD to facilitate the production of products and drawings
• Ability to program, set up, and run multiple different machines

• Vertical mill
• Horizontal mill
• Calypso
• CMM

• Mastercam
• Horizontal/Vertical Mills
• CNC Lathes
• CMM experience is preferred

Expert Level

Permanent position based out of Rochester, NY.

Salary: $72,800.00 - $79,040.00 per year.

Health, Dental, and Vision benefits; 10 paid holidays.

Fully onsite in Rochester, NY.

Position anticipated to close on Dec 23, 2025.
