Location: City of Rochester

Assembly Line Lead – Manufacturing

1st & 2nd Shift | Temp-to-Hire | Monday–Friday

We are currently seeking dependable and driven Assembly Line Leads in Rochester NY to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This role is ideal for individuals with assembly or packaging experience who are ready to take on a leadership-focused position.

Available Shifts
  • 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
  • 2nd Shift (B Shift): 4:30 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday–Friday

Note: Candidates hired for 2nd shift must be available to train on 1st shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) for approximately 1–2 weeks

Pay Rate
  • $18.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily assembly line operations to meet productivity and quality goals
  • Coordinate workflow and support team members throughout the shift
  • Oversee kit packing and packaging processes for accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new and temporary employees
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Kit packing or packaging experience strongly preferred
  • Prior leadership or lead experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example
