Mechanical Assembler
The Technical Assembler II is responsible for performing a variety of complex builds for our diverse customer base. This role involves working from production blueprints, digital work instructions, parts lists, and verbal instructions to execute various mechanical assembly functions as needed.
Responsibilities- Perform mechanical assembly tasks using hand and power tools.
- Work from production blueprints, digital work instructions, and parts lists.
- Follow verbal instructions to complete assembly functions.
- Check completed items to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Perform tasks in a cleanroom environment when required.
- Ability to assemble component parts by following work instructions.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding basic blueprints.
- Knowledge of 5S principles.
- Experience using precision measuring tools, such as calipers, thread gauges, and feeler gauges.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods.
Skills & Qualifications

- Prior technical pathway or hands‑on experience is helpful.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or a two‑year technical education.
- Experience with wire boards, schematics, and production blueprints is a plus.
- Knowledge of hand or power tools.
- Cleanroom experience is an advantage.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00–$23.00/hr.
