• Operate Manual Vertical Mill, lathe, band saws, grinder and drill press for production and prototype work
• Maintain working condition of equipment, performing periodic preventative maintenance to ensure safety and proper operation of equipment
• Manufacture and fabrication of busswork necessary for internal production of RF induction heating systems
• Good mechanical and special aptitude and blue print reading skills
• Build & repair coils for both new and repair orders
• Machine parts for production runs and prototype work
• Incoming mechanical inspection on various out-sourced parts
• Assist and train employees on equipment, when necessary
• Authority to generate ECN’s and DMR’s
• Authority to stop employees from using machinery when an unsafe condition exists.
• Manufacture and fabrication of custom induction coil assemblies (primarily copper)

• HS Diploma
• Machining Certificate or equivalent
• Minimum 2-4 Years’ Experience
• Must be able to braze, mold, solder and have good knowledge of plumbing fittings
• Read and understand schematics, drawings and blueprints
• Interface with internal customers to fulfill customer orders
• Must be able to conceive and build mandrels for the manufacture of complex coils
• CNC programming at the machine
