This is a full-time, on-site role as a Flexo Operator located in Rochester, NY. The Flexo Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating flexographic printing equipment to produce high-quality labels and printed materials. Responsibilities include monitoring print quality, performing routine maintenance on equipment, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. The role requires collaboration with team members to meet production goals and maintain company standards for quality and efficiency.

• Experience in operating flexographic printing equipment and understanding of printing processes.
• Strong ability to ensure quality control, troubleshoot equipment, and perform necessary maintenance.
• Familiarity with working on a fast-paced production floor while meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of various materials such as films, foils, papers, adhesives, and non-adhesive substrates is a plus.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Capability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Additional technical certifications or training is a plus.
