Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder will fold customer product manually or using an industrial garment‑folding machine, count folded product, and prepare bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers. Product Folders must maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed quality and quantity standards.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work safely in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.

• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to stations for folding.

• Attention to detail: thorough and careful when completing tasks and correcting flaws.
• Work ethic/effort: high level of effort and commitment; dependable and prioritizes tasks properly to meet deadlines.

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $15.50 and $18.75 per hour. The range considers factors such as skills, experience, training, and other business needs. Placement within the range is based on individual circumstances.
