Oversee and operate machines in a clean room environment. Maintain clean room processes, procedures, safety, and quality manufacturing requirements. Operate machinery and pack parts to meet quality and production standards.

• Operate machinery and pack parts, ensuring compliance with SOPs and job‑specific procedures.
• Collaborate with other operators to maintain and improve the working environment.
• Maintain detailed documentation and paperwork to support production activities.
• Address problems with machines and report incidents during cross‑over meetings.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety of work areas.
• Show flexibility by working in all assigned areas to meet customer requirements.

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Fine motor control and repetitive motion; experience in plastics injection molding preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify potential changes or problems.
• Desire and demonstrated ability to produce 100% quality product.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and comply with safety.
• Proactive communication with team members in a positive manner.
• Independently work in a team setting.

Previous clean room experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Stand for long periods of time.
• Moderate continuous lifting, pushing, pulling.
• Reaching overhead.
• Subject to high noise levels from operating machines.
• Exposure to moving equipment and machine parts.

• Manufacturing environment requiring appropriate eye protection.
• Exposure to high noise level; hearing protection required.
• Gowning and sanitation for manufacturing in a clean room.
• Sitting, standing and/or walking for up to eight hours per day.
