Container Maintenance

Safely and effectively performs general labor for reconditioning equipment used in the field and various duties around the facility.

• $25.75 per hour

• Clean/wash work area, machines, containers, trailers, vehicles and/or equipment
• Paint equipment or buildings, as necessary
• Use power washer to clean equipment
• Use chemicals with proper PPE provided
• Assist with container maintenance, pick-up and delivery (as needed)
• Interact with others in a professional and ethical manner
• Follow department and company procedures
• Keep up regular attendance and punctuality; regular attendance and punctuality are essential for the smooth operation of this company
• Other duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the business. Responsibilities may change from time to time as business needs evolve

• Skill to operate, control, and monitor equipment
• Ability to work overtime and alternate schedule as needed
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Local travel requirements; less than 5% overnight travel

• Operate and hand tools
• Position oneself to maintain equipment or perform repairing duties
• Detect and observe equipment in need of repair repeatedly
• Communicate with staff in repair processes
• Move and transport material, equipment and tools up to 70 lbs., with and without specialized lifting techniques
• Move across wet/slippery and uneven surfaces
• Exposed to outdoor weather conditions
• Remain seated while using multilevel coordination to operate equipment

Salary: $42,950.00–$57,617.00 per year
