Built and refined over three decades, Echoing Green discovers tomorrow’s leaders today, and then funds, connects, and supports a new generation of social impact leaders.

The Vice President, Development will be a transformative leader responsible for designing, executing, and scaling Echoing Green’s fundraising strategy. This role will drive growth across individual, institutional, and corporate giving, raising $20M annually. The successful candidate will expand and diversify Echoing Green’s pipeline, foster a culture of philanthropy across the organization, and empower our Development team to lead with creativity and bold innovation.

By combining strategic vision with hands‑on execution, the VP will ensure Echoing Green has the continued resources to fuel our mission of “a movement of leaders innovating today to transform tomorrow.”
