A company is looking for an EVP, Asset Management to build and manage a profitable asset management function.
Responsibilities- Build, manage, and scale the asset management function while overseeing servicer performance and compliance
- Lead a team of Asset Managers, acting as a liaison between clients and servicers to ensure effective asset management
- Drive business development by leveraging client relationships to increase service utilization and volume
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or business purpose lending operations
- 10+ years of experience managing strategic client relationships and loan portfolio management
- 10+ years of direct experience in team management, including recruitment and performance management
- Deep knowledge of mortgage servicing operations and experience managing a P&L
