Overview

The Sr. Manager, People Strategy Partner will play a critical role in shaping and executing the people strategy aligned with the business unit’s goals and objectives, while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities. This leader will act as a strategic advisor and partner with senior leadership, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and talent strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that enhance business performance and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Establish trusted partnerships with senior business executives and build a high level of business acumen to influence and drive talent strategies.
  • Proactively understand external trends and business needs to influence the best people and business results.
  • Use workforce strategy data and analytics to influence and guide strategic decisions, ensuring alignment with people and business goals.
  • Embed a high focus on change management, communication and collaboration in all that you do; partner closely across the HR team and broader business to execute key strategies.
  • Enable strong partnership with HR COE partners including ER, TA, Comp, Talent and Workforce Effectiveness to deliver HR and business initiatives that drive effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Lead with data and insights to inform decisions and strategies.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire People Strategy Partner(s) to deliver strategies that achieve targets and objectives.
  • Assess, build, and lead a strategic and effective PSP team to scale with the business and aid in the company’s overall success. Participate and actively contribute to the business plan and strategic direction of assigned market teams and business units.
  • Develop and lead the efforts of all direct reports supporting the business unit towards specific departmental goals and objectives.
  • Manage through ambiguity and lead transformational change.
  • Lead with an innovative mindset to continue evolving the People Strategy function, driving process optimization, scaling, and leveraging AI.
  • Establish a team culture of inclusion, excellence, impact, and strong partnership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR business partnering, organizational development, or people strategy roles.
  • Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams preferred.
  • Proven experience working with executive‑level leadership and influencing at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational design, employee engagement, and change management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, the starting base pay range for this position is $119,900 to $188,400 annually. This range is base pay only and does not include other components of the total rewards package. If hired, overall compensation will be determined by geographic location, skills, education, and experience, which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
