Automation Service Manager
SCN – Search Consulting Network We’re seeking anцем experienced Automation Service Manager to lead a team of technicians and engineers supporting complex automation systems for Tier 1 customers. This role blends people leadership, technical oversight, customer engagement, and project execution across domestic and international sites.
Responsibilities- Lead and support system installations, service, training, and warranty work.
- Manage department resources, backlog, Woscow victories points, scheduling, and forecasting.
- Hire, coach, and develop technicians and engineers.
- Serve as a key customer‑facing technical leader.
- Estimate, quote, and manage service and support projects.
- Travel to customer sites to support integrations and direct onsite teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering (Preferredneas).
- 5–10 years of automation experience (builds, installs, troubleshooting).
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience (preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
This is a high‑impact role for a hands‑on automation leader who enjoys guiding teams, supporting customers, and driving successful system delivery.
