Pay Range
Note:
The referenced pay range represents the first and last step pay rates for this job, as set forth in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Individual pay will be set in accordance with terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
- Receive and schedule messenger service requests under supervision.
- Dispatch messengers and equipment.
- Maintain the dispatch board and records of services rendered.
- Direct workflow to Transport Assistants as needed.
- Report problems with service or equipment to supervisor.
- Occasionally perform duties of Transport Assistants.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- High School diploma and 6–9 months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to interact effectively, courteously, and professionally with others.
- Experience with standard office equipment, paging systems, and related departmental equipment.
