The Interim Chaplain leads the Protestant Chapel Community (PCC), an ecumenical, mainline Protestant community that welcomes all who come to worship. The Chaplain has an institutional role in the University that includes cooperation with the other chaplains affiliated with the Interfaith Chapel, crisis intervention, and occasional ceremonial services. As Interim Director of GACM, the Chaplain works closely with the GACM Board, manages a fundraising effort involving outreach to the six sponsoring denominations, local churches, alumni and friends, and submits a few annual grant applications.
This is a 10-month, full-time position. Candidates must be ordained or eligible for ordination and have privilege of call in one of the partner denominations:
