Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Specialist as we enter an exciting new chapter in our journey. With 2026 poised to be a year of significant growth and transformation, we need reliable laborers who will maintain communication with the Warehouse Team Leader on any freight, warehouse and facilities issues. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining clear communication with the shipping/receiving and logistics staff and assist in the pre‑assembly of large exhibits and displays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Physically unpack and assemble large exhibits and displays for multiple client projects.
  • Understand blueprints and/or CAD layouts of projects.
  • Coordinate and label clear and legible numbering of exhibit parts and pieces on bill of lading.
  • Ensure supplies specific to each project are available and sufficient in toolboxes.
  • Pack skids and crates with protective corners and shrink wrap where applicable to ensure safe transportation.
  • Adhere to schedules and timelines.
  • Accountable for ensuring the work planned for the day is completed without exceeding planned labor hours for the job.
  • Keep a clean and organized workspace, especially during busy periods.
  • Follow instructions from Warehouse Lead to ensure inbound is completed accurately.
  • Separate all graphics from exhibit structure as needed.
  • Separate all rental items and return them to storage.
  • Remove trash from the warehouse and shop to the dock by end of each day.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • 2 years of warehouse operations or other related manual labor experience in an entrepreneurial company.
Additional Information

The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $25/hour – $32/hour, and individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience, job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Pay ranges included in postings generally reflect base salary; certain positions may include bonus, commission, or additional benefits.
