Beyond Talent Edge has a direct hire opportunity for a Product Support Technician – Industrial Printers. Our client is a leading Digital Imaging company in Rochester.
Beyond Talent Edge is looking for Product Support Technician to work on Industrial Printers
Responsibilities:- Support customers and field technicians by troubleshooting our machines
- Use phone, video, and computer tools to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Learn how complex electro-mechanical systems operate
- Travel onsite when needed to build real-world experience
- Work closely with our collaborative, highly skilled technical team
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent technical training/experience
- Mechanical curiosity and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and customer-first mindset
- Comfortable learning new software and diagnostic tools
- Experience using hand tools
- Exposure to mechanical, electrical, or technical coursework
- Hands-on hobbies involving building or repair
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to travel up to 75% (U.S. & Canada)
$50,000 – 60,000 includes base salary, bonus opportunity and overtime
