This is a supervisory position involving responsibility for the proper cleaning of a building or facility. This position differs from the lower level Senior Building Service Worker by virtue of performing the following: assisting with the development of employee training programs, completing written reports, less hands‑on work, and acting in a supervisory capacity. Employees may be required to work evenings and weekends.

The employee reports directly to and works under the general supervision of a senior staff member. Direct supervision is exercised over Senior Building Service Workers and Building Service Workers. Does related work as required.

Completion of the eighth (8 th ) grade plus two (2) years of paid full‑time or its part‑time equivalent experience in building cleaning or other related field.
