Shift and Compensation

• 2nd and 3rd Shift
• Compensation is from 58,240 USD to 68,640 USD per year + Shift Premium

Job Duties

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with production teams to address maintenance needs and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Background Profile

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial setting, preferably in a foundry environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and PLCs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift as required.
