Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, the Facility Worker performs miscellaneous custodial duties required to keep buildings neat and clean. This position is 25 hours a week (Mon‑Fri 7:00 a.m. – noon).

• Mop all floors as needed, clean bathrooms, and replenish supplies, clean interior windows.
• Empty trash in all areas.
• Vacuum offices weekly.
• Place trash and recycle materials in appropriate area for pickup.
• Outdoor maintenance (shoveling, raking, mowing).
• Driving when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for satisfactory job performance.
• Heavy lifting and moving are normal, expected, and necessary to fulfill job responsibilities. Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
• Duties require normal to above normal physical endurance, i.e. heavy lifting and moving is normal, expected and necessary to fulfill responsibilities.
• A key position with responsibility for facilities’ security, safety, neatness and repairs.
