Salary: $16.75/Hour Minimum

Report Times: 4:00pm - 8:00pm

Minimum Requirements

• There are no education or experience qualifications for this position.

Desired Qualifications

• Physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position;
• Ability to complete general cleaning tasks, move boxes and furniture, operate machinery used to maintain floors;
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions;
• Working knowledge of building cleaning procedures, materials and equipment;
• Working knowledge of cleaning agents and proper applications;
• Daily attendance is expected.

Position Summary / Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, dust, sanitize, mop, vacuum, and perform minor repairs within the school building;
• Perform maintenance on quarry, terrazzo and wood flooring;
• Strip and finish resilient tile floors;
• Extract and shampoo carpets; perform spot removal;
• Lawn care and sidewalk snow removal;
• Other duties as required.
