We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join a dynamic legal team focused on insurance defense. You will handle all phases of litigation, develop strategies, and represent clients in court, depositions, and mediations. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Manage cases from evaluation through trial preparation
• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Develop effective litigation strategies and communicate with clients
• Analyze complex legal and factual issues
• Independently manage a litigation caseload
• Stay current on developments in insurance defense law

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the New York State Bar
• 1–3 years of litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn from experienced attorneys
• Proficiency in legal research tools and technology
