Insero Talent Solutions is recruiting a Corporate Paralegal for a fast growing law firm in Rochester, NY.

Candidates applying should have a minimum of two years of direct corporate paralegal experience working in a corporate legal department or law firm/professional services environment, knowledge in incorporation and/or formation of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, and willing and able to engage in direct conversations with a multitude of different stakeholders, both within and outside of the Firm. The ideal candidate is an individual who proactively follows up on assignments in situations where there is little or no guidance and strives to submit a flawless work product, and have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and appropriate decision-making skills.
