Trusts & Estates Attorney

A leading law firm is expanding its Trusts & Estates Practice Group and is looking for an Attorney to serve in Albany, Buffalo, or Rochester.

We provide advice to corporate and individual clients regarding succession planning, tax planning, estate planning, estate and trust administration, and litigation.

• Provide advice to corporate and individual clients regarding succession planning, tax planning, estate planning, estate and trust administration, and litigation.
• Draft wills, trust agreements, and powers of attorney.
• Handle estate and trust administration, including estate and trust accounting, estate and gift taxation, fiduciary income taxation, and Surrogate Court proceedings.

• 4-6 years of experience in trust and estate planning, trust and estate administration, and elder law.
• Drafting experience preferred (wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney).
• Experience in estate and trust administration, estate and trust accounting, estate and gift taxation, fiduciary income taxation, and Surrogate Court proceedings preferred.

Annual salary range for this position is $137,000-$153,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on location, experience, or other job-related factors permitted by law.
