A prominent insurance brokerage firm is seeking a Client Service Specialist to enhance client satisfaction by working collaboratively with the Account Management team. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, strong customer service and communication skills, and be proficient in Excel. A Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License is required within 6 months of hire, with costs covered by the firm.
