Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in Service Now with minimum 3 on‑prem implementations and support experience for large clients.
- NERC CIP certification is required (achieved / in progress).
- Experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM Pro), Integration HUB end‑to‑end design and implementation.
- Experience in Service Now Operations technology (OT) Visibility and Service Management configurations is a must.
- Experience in on‑prem and cloud architecture design is mandatory.
- Experience in platform fine tuning, upgrades for the on‑prem Service Now instance is mandatory.
- Experience in custom integrations, platform customizations and maintenance for the on‑prem instance management is mandatory.
- Developing, installing, and troubleshooting Service Now applications.
