Phone Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our client's team as a Smart Phone Technician. This role is ideal for someone with strong IT knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering great customer service. This is a temporary role located in the Rochester, NY area.

• Unbox, assemble, and deploy smartphones to end users, including activation.
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Install required software and complete validation checks.
• Configure devices with the appropriate applications and settings.
• Troubleshoot and make adjustments based on findings during validation testing.
• Maintain clear documentation of all processes and tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Windows, Chrome OS, Google Workspace, and Mac OS.
• Strong IT background and comfort working across multiple platforms.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must successfully pass a background check.

Pay for this position starts at $18+ / hour, depending on experience.
