Network​/Systems Administrator

Job Description

A client of IG is seeking a hands‑on, generalist Network & Systems Administrator to support a small but technically complex scientific and manufacturing environment. The role is primarily systems‑focused (70%) with limited network responsibilities (30%) within a stable, third‑party‑supported SD‑WAN environment. Responsibilities include supporting Microsoft 365, backups, scientific applications, and end users across multiple locations in close partnership with a senior systems administrator.

• 2+ years of experience in systems and/or network administration
• Strong Microsoft 365 experience (Exchange Online, Entra , Intune)
• Experience supporting Windows endpoints in an enterprise environment
• Experience managing SaaS‑based backups
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills Citrix application support experience
• Meraki networking experience
• Exposure to Azure networking (VNets, routing)
• Experience in biotech, manufacturing, or regulated environments
• Network+ / Security+ or equivalent
