Megazone Cloud is looking for a Data Engineer Co‑op who is a "builder" at heart and eager to apply technical skills to real‑world customer problems. We need students who are curious, driven, and comfortable asking "what if?" to solve complex challenges. You should be passionate about data engineering and ready to transition from classroom theory to professional execution. We value a "jack of all trades" approach—someone who is ready to jump into a fast‑moving environment and learn a modern tech stack by doing the work.

• Direct Contribution:
  Work as a real member of the technical team, helping build and maintain the data pipelines that power our business and client solutions.
• Technical Mentorship:
  Collaborate with senior engineers under a "force multiplier" leadership philosophy designed to level up your technical expertise.
• Development:
  Write and optimize Python and SQL code to automate processes and manage data workflows.
• Project Integration:
  Participate in team meetings and technical discovery, bringing a fresh perspective to design discussions.
• Tooling & Ecosystems:
  Gain hands‑on exposure to AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Cross‑Functional
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work alongside data science and infrastructure teams to see how high‑growth startups scale.

• Education:
  
  Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Timeline:
  Expected graduation date of December 2026 or later.

  Academic or project‑based experience with Python and SQL.
• Foundations: A solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database principles.
• Mindset: A strategic "builder" mentality and a genuine thirst for technical knowledge.
• Communication:
  Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and work effectively within a team.
• Eligibility:
  Must be currently eligible to work in the US.

• Projects involving AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Coursework in GenAI or MLOps.
• A link to your Git Hub or a portfolio of your technical work.
