TOPTICA Photonics is looking for you to join our team! We are hiring a Technical Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing, vendor relationships, and operational support for our high-tech manufacturing team. You’ll ensure the smooth flow of materials, maintain supplier reliability, and help deliver cutting-edge optical products on time and on budget.

What You’ll Do

• Handle purchasing for production materials, lab supplies, and office needs
• Manage vendor relationships and lead bid/quote processes
• Monitor inventory levels and support order fulfillment
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and source alternative suppliers
• Assist with warehouse and reporting tasks as needed

What You’ll Bring

• 2–5 years of supply chain or operations experience (photonics preferred)
• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Navision/Dynamics a plus)
