IT Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination, status reporting, and successful delivery of project‑oriented work and deliverables. This role establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT organization to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high‑quality standards, and meet customer expectations.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required (or equivalent experience).
• Five (5) years of proven experience in IT project management with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) required.
• Familiarity with change management principles and tools required.

• 10+ years of proven experience in IT project management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
